    The Committee on Banking and Insurance moves to amend the bill on page 11, line 21, clause (III) of subparagraph (x), after the words “information consistent with” by striking out the words “subparagraphs (vii) through to this subparagraph” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “subparagraphs (viii) and (ix) and this subparagraph”:

    On page 12, line 9, subparagraph (xii), after the word “rules” by striking out the words “promulgated hereunder”;

    On page 13, line 2, paragraph (A), after the words “subject to rule” by striking out the word “by” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “of”;

    On page 13, line 13, paragraph (B), after the words “subject to rule” by striking out the word “by” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “of”;

    And,

    On page 25, line 8, paragraph (B), after the word “when” by striking out the words “subdivision (4), subsection (c)” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “subdivision (4), subsection (c) (g)”.
